Main ingredients

BCAA 2:1:1 (a set of three amino acids: L-leucine, L-isoloeucine, L-valine) - they are exogenous aminoacids, that should be supplied to human's body from the outside sources in the form of food. L-leucine - inhibits the action of cortisol, which is a hormone that intensifies breakdown, affects the optimal concentration of growth hormone, improves the processes of obtaining energy in the muscles. L-isoleucine works as an anti-catabolic and regulates the level of sugar in the blood. L-valine also affects the level and relations of the neurotransmitters, which results in a gentle stimulating effect (postpones the occurrence of fatigue durning exercise).

CAFFEINE - effectively adds more energy before physical exercise. By affecting the nervous system, it also increases body efficiency and motivates for further effort. As a result it improves reflexes and sharpens concentration.

L-CARNITINE - improves metabolism of fats, contributes to the increased use of fats and leads to an increase in body energy production. Thanks to this function, the increase of L-carnitine in the body may contribute to unhibing or reducing the formation of adipose tissue and improve exercise tolerance.
